Ingredients
- 7 medium peaches plus 1 ( 2 lbs.) peeled and quartered.
- 1/2 cup suga
- 1/2 cup brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tsp.vanilla extract
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place 7 peaches in a food processor;process until smooth. Add sugar, brown sugar,lemon juice,and cream in a mixing bowel and whisk together. Stir in peach mixture.Refrigerate, covered. 1 hour or until cold. Fill cylinder of ice cream maker no more than two-thirds full. Freeze according to manufacture directions.Take the extra peach and peel and dice it. When the ice-cream has started to form put the diced peach in mixture, Refrigerate any remaining mixture to process latter. Transfer ice cream to freeze container, allowing headspace foe expansion. Freeze 2-4 hours until firm. Let cream stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
