  • 4 Lg Stakes Rhubarb, Washed And Cut Into Slices
  • 1 Pkg Yellow Cake Mix, Any Brand
  • 1 Cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Nut Meg

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the rhubarb in small slices and set aside

Mix the cake mix as directed on the box - set that a side

In a 9x11 cake pan - spray the bottom and sides with pam
layer the rhubarb slices in the bottom of the pan and cover with the white sugar
then the brown sugar and a tbsp of flour if the rhubarb looks juicy.

Sprinkle the nut meg over all and it is ready for the oven.

350 for about an hour or unto the cake is done with a tester.
Let if cool and then turn it upside down on a cake dish, If it looks
juicy just leave it in the pan and serve it that way.
