  • 1-lb. crab meat
  • 1 -egg, well beaten
  • 1-tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2-tsp. mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1-tsp. worcestshire sauce
  • 3/4-tsp. baking powder
  • 3-slices bread, crusts removed, moistened with milk

Mix all ingredients except crab, mix well, add crab meat , shape & fry till browned.
