Ingredients

  • 1 stick + 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 + 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 banana's (slightly mashed)
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs. Add flour and bananas alternately. Add pecans.

Bake for about an hour, or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
