- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 can 175 g water-packed tuna,drained
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 1/2 avocado,peeled,pitted,and sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Drain the salsa by placing it in a sieve over a bowl for about 10 min.Shake the sieve to release any remaining liquid.
In a small bowl,stir together the salsa,mayonnaise,and lime juice.Add the tuna and mix well.
Spread 1/2 of the tuna mixture onto 2 slices of bread.Top each with 1/2 of avocado slices and top with another slice of bread.
