Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, diced, skin on
- 1 onion, diced fine
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 can Campbell's condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 to 2 cups cubed ham
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients, except sour cream, in slow cooker in morning and mix well. If it looks like you need a little more liquid, add a little more water.
2. Turn the cooker on low and forget about it until suppertime.
3. 15 minutes before serving, while still in slow cooker, stir in half a cup of sour cream.
