Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cups popcorn, popped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan until butter melts and syrup begins to boil. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
Mix together with popcorn. Spread on cookie sheets and bake in 225F oven for 45 minutes. You can put it all in a roaster and stir every 15 minutes instead of cookie sheets.
