Cilantro Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 3 cups sliced green onions (1" pieces)
- 2 TBS minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 1/2 TBS soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add oil to pan, swirling to coat. Add onions, ginger, and garlic to pan; stir-fry 1 minute. Add shrimp; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chile paste; stir-fry 1 minute or until shrimp are done.
2. Remove pan from heat; add cilantro, stirring constantly until cilantro wilts. Serve over steamed rice.
Makes 2 servings. Each serving = 8 Weight Watchers points.
