Cherry Pineapple Crepes

Ingredients
- Crepes:
- 1 can (21oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (8oz) chunk pineapple, well drained
- 1/8 tsp almond extract, optional
- 6 crepes, recipe follows
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook crepes in an oiled 7 inch pan. makes 12 crepes.
Combine cherry pie filling, pineapple and almond extract in a saucepan. Heat through.
Spoon 2 Tbsp of the hot filling down the center of each crepe, set on a hot serving plate. Fold up sides.
Spoon a dollop of sour cream on each crepe or Whip Topping. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
