Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef brisket
- 1 can beer
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Servings 6
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE brisket in slow cooker.
COMBINE remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
COVER and cook on low for 8 hours.
REMOVE meat and slice very thin.
SERVE over rolls.
