Ingredients

  • Combine:
  • Cut 2 large unpeeled baking potatoes into 1/2 inch slices
  • Coat baking sheet with cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon bottle minced garlic (I use fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500º


Toss potatoes in mixture; spoon any remaining mixture on potatoes. Arrange slices on cooking sheet.

Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until done
