Ingredients
- Combine:
- Cut 2 large unpeeled baking potatoes into 1/2 inch slices
- Coat baking sheet with cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon bottle minced garlic (I use fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500º
Toss potatoes in mixture; spoon any remaining mixture on potatoes. Arrange slices on cooking sheet.
Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until done
