- Bake crust 5 minutes at 425
- 3 T. butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 1 t. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- cream butter and sugar, beat in egg yolks and other ingredients, fold in egg whites
