• 1 package (10 oz) any European salad mix
• 1 thinly sliced tart apple
• 1 package (4 oz) Bleu cheese, crumbled
• 1 cup toasted or glazed pecan halves
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• fried, crumbled bacon

Step 1

1. Combine salad, apples, nuts and bleu cheese

2. Add dressing salt and pepper and toss.

3. Top w/ crumbled bacon. Serve.
