  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Boil and whip potatoes, season with sal and pepper.

Whip cream cheese, gradually adding sour cream. Blend with whipped potatoes.

Spoon into a large casserole dish and refrigerate for several hours.

Dot with butter and bake at 350F for 45 mintues.
