Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c light Karo
- 2 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 can Eagle Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 10-12 quarts of popped corn kernals

Preparation
Step 1
Bring butter, Karo and brown sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Cook to a softball stage, stirring constantly. Pour over popped corn.
