Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 ripe/brown Bananas
- 1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips (supposedly optional… but who are you kidding?)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 375. Mush the bananas until they’re reallllllly mushy. Then add the peanut butter and sugars and stir ‘em up good. Add the baking powder, then flour, half a cup at a time. You might stop at 1 1/2 cups or so, or you could use it all. Either way your dough will be STICKY! Really sticky. Wicked sticky. Very unlike cookie dough! But don’t worry. Just fold in the chocolate chips and you’ll feel better.Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet (or, as I prefer, a parchment paper lined sheet). Bake for 12-13 minutes until you get some browned peaks:
Cool on the cookie rack, pour youself a glass of milk, and enjoy!
