Ingredients
- 7 Slices Bread, trim crust off
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 Cup Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Shrimp
- 2 Cups Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbs. Onion Juice
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Butter bread and spread with mustard. Grease and line a casserole with bread. Beat eggs, milk and onion juice. Pour half over bread. Add shrimp. Add rest of egg mixture and balance of shrimp. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made in the morning and refrigerated until baked at night.
