Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can HUNT’S Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
  • 12 oz. penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. water

Step 1

Cook beef; drain. Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato paste and a ½ water. Season to taste; heat through. Coat a 13X9 dish with PAM. Combine cooked pasta with meat and 2 c. mozzarella. Pour into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
