My Mom's recipe - use the best cheddar cheese and whole milk for best results!

Ingredients
- 2 c elbow macaroni
- 2 T butter
- 4 1/2 T flour
- 1/4 t powdered mustard
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 c milk
- 3/4 t worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion grated
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni, drain, and put in buttered casserole dish. Melt butter, blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add milk gradually - cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add the worchestershire sauce, onion, and cheese, stir until cheese begins to melt. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with bacon or bread crumbs and some grated cheese. Bake 30 min at 375.
