  • 1 LG. BLOCK VELVEETA CHEESE
  • 2 ROWS OF RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED INTO CRUMBS
  • 1 STICK BUTTER, CUT IN HALF
  • 1 OBLONG CASSEROLE DISH
  • COOK BROCCOLI ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. SET ASIDE.
  • IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN MELT 1/2 STICK BUTTER WITH 3/4 BLOCK OF VELVEETA CHEESE UNTIL CREAMY.
  • IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OR MUG IN MICROWAVE, MELT 1/2 STICK BUTTER. MIX INTO CRACKER CRUMBS WITH FORK, SET ASIDE.
  • IN CASSEROLE DISH TAKE HALF OF YOUR BROCCOLI AND LINE BOTTOM OF DISH. NO NEED TO GREASE.
  • POUR HALF OF CHEESE AND BUTTER MIXTURE OVER BROC. EVENLY.
  • POUR HALF OF YOUR CRACKER CRUMB MIXTURE OVER CHEESE AND BROCCOLI.
  • REPEAT STEPS 4, 5, 6 MAKING 2 LAYERS, ENDING WITH CRACKER CRUMBS.
  • BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. OR UNTIL CRUMBS ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
