Ingredients
- 3 BAGS CHOPPED FROZEN BROC.
- 1 LG. BLOCK VELVEETA CHEESE
- 2 ROWS OF RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED INTO CRUMBS
- 1 STICK BUTTER, CUT IN HALF
- 1 OBLONG CASSEROLE DISH
- COOK BROCCOLI ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. SET ASIDE.
- IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN MELT 1/2 STICK BUTTER WITH 3/4 BLOCK OF VELVEETA CHEESE UNTIL CREAMY.
- IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OR MUG IN MICROWAVE, MELT 1/2 STICK BUTTER. MIX INTO CRACKER CRUMBS WITH FORK, SET ASIDE.
- IN CASSEROLE DISH TAKE HALF OF YOUR BROCCOLI AND LINE BOTTOM OF DISH. NO NEED TO GREASE.
- POUR HALF OF CHEESE AND BUTTER MIXTURE OVER BROC. EVENLY.
- POUR HALF OF YOUR CRACKER CRUMB MIXTURE OVER CHEESE AND BROCCOLI.
- REPEAT STEPS 4, 5, 6 MAKING 2 LAYERS, ENDING WITH CRACKER CRUMBS.
- BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. OR UNTIL CRUMBS ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
