Dried Pears with Three Cheese Dip

This is easy but it takes a while to complete. It is always a crowd pleaser to serve after a heavy meal.

- 1 boush pear firm not ripe and soft
- 1 small tub Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 small tub mascarpone
- 1 cup whole greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blue agave

Step 1
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Slice the pear length-wise on a mandolin, using thin attachment
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Flip and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours more until dried.
Transfer to a wire rack and let crisp up and cool.
Dip:
Mix cream cheese, mascarpone, greek yogurt together. Add agave according to taste. Mix together.
Serve chips aside the dip.
