Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 3/4 tsp dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1.5 tsp maple syrup
  • ground nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp veg oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together pork, sage, thyme, maple syrup, a pinch of nutmeg, pinch salt and pinch pepper. Divide mixture into 4 patties.
In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium. Add patties and cook until browned, 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and flip patties. cover and cook through, 5-8 minutes.
