- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 cloves minced Christopher Ranch Roasted
- Garlic

Step 1
Season 1¼ to 1½ lbs. salmon fillets lightly with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Place skin side down in a culinary parchment cooking bag and place on a baking sheet. Stir together 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup and 2 cloves minced Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic and pour into bag; fold over to enclose.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve salmon with juices and top with snipped fresh basil.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
