Ingredients
- 3 packages chipped beef diced
- 1 can corned beef crumbled
- 2 1/2 cups light cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 packages cream cheese - (8 oz ea)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. While the butter is melting, stir in the flour. When mixture is creamy, add the chipped beef. Continue to stir. When beef is nice and light brown, add the milk, cream, cream cheese cubes, and the corned beef. Cook slowly, low heat, stirring very often.
Serve over toast, canned biscuits, or whatever you like.
