  • 2 15 oz. can artichokes, peel and chop
  • 2 cups mayonnaise, fat free
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 package spinach, drain and squeeze

mix and cook 350degrees 15-20minutes
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic salt may be substituted for chopped garlic.
