Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. can artichokes, peel and chop
- 2 cups mayonnaise, fat free
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 package spinach, drain and squeeze

Step 1
mix and cook 350degrees 15-20minutes
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic salt may be substituted for chopped garlic.
