Directions

Stir together broth, oyster sauce, corntarch & sesame oil. Set aside. In wok yeat 1 tsp of oil over med-high heat, sauce shrimp until pink & opaque throughout, about 2 min. Remove to plate Cook noodles, drain Meanwhile, add remaining oil to wok; saute csrrot, peas, mushrooms & garlic over med-high heat until garlic is fragrant, about 1 min. Add bok choy; saute just until wilted,d about 1 min. Stir in broth mixture, shrimp and noodles. Cook, tossing, until sauce is thickened and noodles are coated about 1 min.
