Ingredients
- 4 med salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 3/4 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry. Brush both sides with honey and place in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook over med heat for about 4 min per side or until golden brown on the outside and fish reaches an internal temp of 150 degrees. and flakes easily with a fork.
2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a small bowl; stir well to blend. Remove fish from skillet to individual serving plates and place of dollop of herbed sour cream on each. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
