Roasted Asparagus

  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese


Servings 4


Step 1

Drizzle asparagus with oil, toss to coat.
Roast in a 450 degrees oven until tender.
Remove and top with balsamic vinegar, sea salt, pepper and Parmesan.
