Garden Party Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 C flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 C sugar
• 1 1/2 vegatable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 C grated carrots
• 1 can drained crushed pineapple
• 1/2 C pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour batter into tube pan. Bake at 350 for 50 min. Let cool. Turn out of pan onto rack. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting
