Curried Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp saltt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil
  • Flour to coat fish
  • Lemon wedges
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw fish fillets and pat dry.

Mix onions, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper. Rub into each side of fillet. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Heat butter and oil in heavy skillet. Coat fish on both sides with flour. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
