Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg (102 g) JELL-0 Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur or orange juice
  • 4 whole peeled green bananas, sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup each butter and brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Step 1

•Add milk to small bowl of electric mixer; stir in pudding powder. Beat until smooth and thickened. Stir in liqueur and set aside.

•Melt butter in large frying pan; add sugar and cook until sugar turns golden.

•Add bananas, juice and rind; cook quickly until lightly browned; turn over and simmer until fruit is hot, about 2-3 min more.

•Serve warm with sauce.
