Ingredients
- Patties:
- 1 can (14.75oz) can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 3/4 C. soft bread crumbs
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 T. butter
- 4 buttermilk biscuits
- Sauce:
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- 1 T. snipped fresh dill weed
- 1 T. milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare sauce; set aside. In bowl stir mayo, dill weed, and milk. Add additional milk to make of drizzling consistency.
2. In bowl, combine salmon, egg, mayo, bread crumbs, and onion. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
3. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook patties 9 mins. or until brown, turning once.
4. Split biscuits. Top one side of biscuit with 2 salmon patties. Spoon on sauce.
