Ingredients
- 1 lb. Barilla Conchiglie Rigate
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 lb. mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
- 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH of salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, saute one minute or until softened. Increase heat to medium-high, add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Add shrimp, saute for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Stir in chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer one minute.
Drain pasta; place in serving bowl and toss with cheese and parsley. Add mushroom shrimp sauce; toss. Serve immediately.
