  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • Frosting:
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
