Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups grated carrots
- Frosting:
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake at 325 degrees until done, 30 to 60 minutes.
