  • 6 boneless/skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli thawed
  • 3 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • Montreal chicken spice as needed
  • salt and pepper as needed
  • 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of seasoned panko crumbs (salt and pepper)



Step 1

. Season and cook chicken in a skillet add the soup and the broccoli plus a little water to thin the soup, taste and adjust seasoning

. Pour mixture in a casserole dish

. Melt the butter and stir into the seasoned panko, spread the panko over the chicken broccoli mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven until panko is golden brown

. Another method is to serve mixture over a baked potato
