Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shrimp chopped
- 1 tbsp white portion of a green onion finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonaise

Step 1
1. Mix the shrimp with the onion, lemon juice, mayo and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Enjoy -- its excellent on top of ritz crackers as an appetizers.
