Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Step 1

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir in broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350deg for 45 minutes.
