Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 12 oz. jar salsa
- 1 C. corn
- 3/4 C. sour cream
- 2 C. crushed tortilla chips, divided
- 2 C. (8 oz) shredded colby or monterey jack cheese, divided

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown meat; drain. Stir in sour cream, salsa, and corn.
3. Layer 1/2 each of meat, chips and cheese in a 2-qt. casserole. Repeat.
4. Bake for 20 min. or until hot. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato.
