Ingredients
- 1 pound Tilapia filets
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 2 tbsp. Mayonaise
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- Dash of - Basil, Black Powder, Onion Powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. PREHEAT oven to broil
2. GREASE aluminum foil (to cover your pan).
3. MIX parmesan cheese, margarine, mayo and lemon juice (set aside).
4. SEASON to taste with basil, pepper and onion powder.
5. ARRANGE filets on the pan; BROIL for 3 minutes.
6. FLIP FISH FILLETS and BROIL for 2 minutes.
7. REMOVE fillets and COVER with cheese mixture; BROIL until cheese melts (approximately 3 minutes). Make sure fish flakes and is done.
