Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) chicken & wild rice mix
- 5 C. water
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 med. carrot, shredded
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream chicken soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 C. slivered almonds (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large saucepan, combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, and water; bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat; cover & simmer 10 min., stirring once.
3. Stir in broccoli, carrot, & onion. Cover and simmer 5 min.
4. Stir in soup & cream cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in almonds, if desired.
