Ingredients
- Filling:
- For crust use 2 pie crust in refrigerated section
- 1 C Sugar
- 3 T Flour
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 t lemon juice
- 9 medium apples sliced thin
- Icing:
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 2 T milk
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Use a sheet pan or jelly roll pan
Set oven at 450 degrees
Spread out 2 of the pie crust on the jelly roll pan Use 2 of them for the top
Mix all filling ingredients together
Put on crust
Top with the left over 2 crusts
Bake for 33-38 minutes
Cool for 45 minutes
Dribble icing over top
