- 1 POUND CRANBERRIES, FRESH OR FROZEN (THAWED)
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS GRATED ORANGE ZEST
- 3 GRANNY SMITH APPLES, PEELED & DICED
- 3 ORANGES, SEEDED & DICED
- 1 BUNCH CILANTRO, CHOPPED
- 1 SMALL CAN DICED CHILES, DRAINED
- 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED

Step 1
FINELY CHOP THE CRANBERRIES IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BY HAND. COMBINE IN A BOWL WITH SUGAR, ORANGE ZEST, APPLES, ORANGES, CHILES, CILANTRO AND GREEN ONIONS AND MIX TOGETHER. SET ASIDE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 1 HOUR AND THEN CHILL. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, YUMMY!
