Rigatoni with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1/2 cube chicken bullion
- 1 tsp basil
- salt
- parmesan cheese to top

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta.
Put butter and oil in pan. Add chopped mushrooms, garlic and red pepper. Saute 10 min or until mushroom liquid dissolves. Add broth and bullion. Cook on high 10 min or until most of liquid reduces. Remove from heat. Add basil and salt.
Fill bowls with pasta. Top with mushroom sauce and parmesan cheese.
