Ingredients
- 6 oz tequila
- 6 oz lime juice
- 3 oz triple sec
- 1 fresh pineapple (skin & ends removed)
- 2 t Salt
- 2 t cayenne pepper

Step 1
Cut pineapple into slices 3 inches long, or size desired. Place pieces into large zip lock bag. Pour in the tequila mixture, and shake to coat evenly. Let pineapple soak for 1 to 4 hours. (4 hour max) Skewer each piece with toothpick or stick. Then remove pineapple skewer to a tray lined with wax paper. Meanwhile combine sale and cayenne in small bowl. Freeze the slices. Serve with the salt & cayenne mixture.
