Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C artichoke hearts, chopped and drained well
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 5 oz frozen spinach, chopped drained well
  • 3/4 C parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 C mozzarella
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Put into glass baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about 22 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
