Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 4-5 large bananas
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages vanilla instant pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: Mix flour, margarine and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar like a pie crust. Press evenly into 9x13" pan and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely.
Cream: powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in 1 carton Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Put sliced bananas on creamed mixture. Now mix instant pudding and milk with hand mixer. Pour pudding over bananas. Let set 30 minutes in refrigerator, then frost with other container of Cool Whip. I top cream with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
