Ingredients
- 2 C Skim Milk
- 2 Medium Baked Potatoes, reserve one (Yukon Gold)
- 1/3 C Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Small onion, sauted
- 1/2 t dill
- 1/2 t rosemarry
- 1/2 salt
- 3 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
- Make Zesty Bacon Cheddar Dip w/ Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, 1 potato, cheese, onion, dill, rosemary and salt in Vita Mix. Select variable speed #1. Turn on and quickly increase to #10 the to high. Run for 4 min. Add Salt. Reduce speed to variable #3 and drop bacon and remaning potato through lid. Run just until chopped. Serve.
