PARMESAN GARLIC HERBED PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients
- 3 c a. p. flour (all purpose) or bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic powder
- 3 T powdered parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried Italian herbs
- 1 cup warm water or more a/n
- olive oil 2T or more a/n
- 1 pkg of yeast

Preparation
Step 1
. place yeast and sugar in a glass or plastic measuring cup, add a 1/4c of warm water and stir or whisk to combine. Set aside in a warm place and allow yeast to proof for 5 minutes, should be foamy and fills the cup
. Mix the dry ingredients together in a stand mixer bowl, pour in proof yeast, 1c warm water and 2T olive oil and mix with a paddle to combine, next exchange paddle for a dough hook and knead dough, you have to adjust moisture by adding a little bit of flour if it is to wet, or a little bit of olive oil if to dry. The dough should pull away from the sides of the mixing bowl and form a ball. Dough should be soft, smooth, moist but not sticky
. Place dough in a (olive)oiled bowl (not metal) cover and let rise in a warm place for 2 1/2 -3 hours, punch down dough 2-3 times during the rising period. Dough is ready when you push your finger into it and it doesn't fill the hole back in
