Meatballs made w/ sausage

Ingredients
- 2 C seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage, castings removed+3 links of hot sausage
- 1 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 C fresh parsley
- 4 lg eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 t of chopped garlic cloves
- 2 t salt
- 4-5 lbs 80 percent lean ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well in large bowl. Form into 2 1/2" meatballs. Bake til browned, about 20 mins.
