Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Strawberry Jello
- 1 (8 oz.) Container Cool Whip
- 2 Cups Strawberries, chopped
- 2/3 Cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- Ice Cubes
- 1 1/3 Cup Crushed Grahamn Crackers
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Melted Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Empty Jello into a large bowl. Add 2/3 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to make 1 cup ice water. Add to Jello mixture. Stir until slightly thick. Remove left over ice cubes. Whisk in Cool Whip. Stir until well mixed. Then stir in strawberries. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thick and will mound into crust. Mix all crust ingredients together and press into pie pan. Mound Strawberry Filling into crust.
